Pricing questions
What is a generation?
A generation creates 4 images at once (a storyboard row). Each generation takes your source text and produces 4 different 16:9 hand-drawn illustrations. You can use all 4 images or just your favorites.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing settings and click 'Pause billing'. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — no more charges after that. You can reactivate anytime before the period ends.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime for immediate access to more images. Downgrade anytime — the change takes effect at your next billing date, so you keep your current quota until then.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your current billing period continues with your existing quota. At the next billing date, you'll be moved to the free plan with 12 images. Your generated images are always saved in your gallery.
Do unused images roll over?
No. Monthly quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused images from the previous month do not carry over.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Free plan gives you 3 generations (12 images) with no credit card required. Try it out and upgrade when you're ready for more.
What's your refund policy?
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts. If you encounter any issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I download my generated images?
Yes, all images are available for download in HD PNG format. Paid plans also include batch download for all images at once.
